|| How to Use The Audio Visual Files ||

In each case, there will be information about the clip such as what kind of media it is, what you will need to play it and the file size. Most of the clips are downloadable. Windows users right click the link, Mac users option-click (or control-click and choose download). Downloading and viewing/listening on your local disk saves Manic Nirvana bandwidth and increases performance especially for dialup users. But you are welcome to view/listen right here by simply clicking on the link provided.
